The Institute of Prodigies is an esteemed academy in Japan, enrolling students of Ultimate talents in order to forge them into something greater. Hiromi Taguchi, the Ultimate Reporter, has heard strange goings-on behind the scenes, and joins its student body to investigate from the inside. However, she soon finds herself kidnapped, along with 15 other students, by a mysterious cloaked figure. Now locked within the Institute's building, she and her fellow Ultimates must survive a dreaded killing game.
