Summary
Passed from generation to generation, the power of the Sparda lineage always seemed destined to fade into extinction, or so Dante believed. After acknowledging his kinship with Nero and confronting the truths Vergil revealed during their time in Hell, Dante begins to realize just how wrong his assumptions were. Even after a lifetime of battles, loss, and survival, there are still revelations capable of shaking everything he thought he understood.
At the same time, Nero and Kyrie are faced with the realization that the legacy of Sparda is far from over. The blood they carry, and the future it promises, proves to be far more complex and powerful than Nero ever imagined, binding past, present, and future in ways none of them are prepared for.

Summary
After their return from the demon world, Vergil moves in at Devil May Cry, and Dante is overjoyed. However hard it was before, that doesn't matter, now that he has his brother back. He'll even admit to himself, if not to Vergil, that he's giddy in love like a schoolgirl.
When Vergil is around, that is. Whenever he leaves, Dante falls apart.
