Summary
Three years after their painful break-up, Alec is incapable of moving on from Magnus. When Magnus reports Lorenzo Rey as missing, the two of them are forced to work together. Their search leads them to an ancient box with mysterious origins. One thing they do know: the box traps anyone who touches it inside, unable to escape.

He’s still pissed they didn’t get more money, but at the very least, he has Nam-gyu to rely on. He’s a good roommate, too. Always splitting up the chores evenly and keeping things tidy. Nam-gyu is still as touchy as ever, always strolling up to him and sprawling himself across Thanos’ lap, complaining of boredom. And each time Thanos will snicker and card his hands through pitch black hair, as if he’s petting a cat and not a grown ass man. And he fucking loves it. It’s ridiculously domestic, the type of domesticity that Thanos previously thought would be impossible for someone like him to achieve.
It’s not all perfect, of course. They have their fair share of useless bickering, but they usually get over it pretty quickly. There’s really only one major con that Thanos can pinpoint.
Thanos wants Nam-gyu to fuck him. Badly.

Until they need you. You want to think you’re better than that. Better than someone loving someone who doesn’t love you back. But the truth is, you’re not.
An AU where the games never happened. Nam-gyu and Su-bong have been best friends since childhood (five years old, to be exact). To get his parents off his back, Su-bong tells Nam-gyu to pretend to be his boyfriend so they don't pester him again. Nam-gyu goes along with it. He knows he's going to regret it. He knows he'll always be what Su-bong needs him to be. But things take a dark turn when everything implodes.

it starts with nam-gyu’s idea — coke lined across su-bong’s lower stomach, a reckless grin, and no hesitation. from there, it spirals into something messier: a leash tight around su-bong’s throat, cigarettes burning marks into nam-gyu’s skin, wax dripping slow and hot, and hands that don’t know whether to hurt or soothe. they fuck like they’re desperate, but the aftercare is soft — like they’re trying to patch up what they broke. the room smells like strawberry wax, smoke, and everything they can’t say out loud.
