Summary
Dark Swat Kat's Universe Story. It follows the alternative version of the main characters, where they were villains working for Dark Kat to destroy the Enforcers but were stopped by their good counterparts. This takes place a couple of years later from that incident. The evil Swat Kats survived the explosion and were arrested by the enforcers.
The city has no heroes, struggling to keep up with omega attacks, corruption, and constant threats. A young boy is brought to this new world due to random luck and a wizard's last wish to shake the city's core in hopes of positive change. The boy and a particular pilot must face these challenges head-on and work with their new team... THE STRAYS.
