Mumbo was content to live a normal boring life. He didn’t want to be a villain, or a hero he just wanted to do good. He just wanted to be the person young him pictured he could be.. but apparently doing good in this world makes him the bad guy. It’s never black and white or even grey, it’s always painfully red.
Always red..
So.
That’s a really long tangent that leads the same question. Mumbo always wanted to stay away from villainy so, how has he ended up as one of the most well known ones in the city, and why is he self monologuing while standing about one foot away from a Watcher pointing a gun at him?
Or: Mumbo is an escaped lab experiment just trying to get by and do good. The world said no and suddenly he’s the key to taking down a corrupt government and the centre of everyone’s attention. Including a very particular clone.

Summary
Waking up was already hard. Getting out of the comfy warm bed that held off the negativity of the day and the world. Though today, Tim had to push himself out of bed. Today was really really important to him and everyone else in the household. Pushing out of bed, rubbing at his eyes before stumbling to his closet. Pulling out a sweater, thick heated flannel, some jeans on, along with some hiking socks Brian had gifted him and pulled on his shoes.
Stretching as he walked into the kitchen, Brian dutifully at the kitchen stove cooking away. Getting some eggs and sausage ready for them all, Waffles in the waffle press, filling the kitchen with the warm comfort of hazelnuts and chocolate. Grabbing some water along with his med container, popping them down before speaking.

Basically at the end of EMH instead of a new iteration starting, it goes back to the old one which causes that somehow every person killed by Slenderman or was under it's influence comes back to life. Same applying to other entities (HABIT and Rake for example) who murdered people.
Basically a huge crossover of these bitches getting together to kick Slender's ass2024 update: This fanfic is not getting a continuation but perhaps a reboot in the future. Sorry y'all. (Looking at the way I typed back then, eughhh)

Summary
post marble hornets, they managed to find a place to live, a little cramped but a house is a house. A start of a different normal life, learning how to be a person again. Climbing career ladders, learning how to garden, dates to furniture stores and going to their friends wedding. Adapting to disabilities and exploring gender expressions, a life was ahead of them all, a life that was real and tangible and safe together.
