Summary
"Dazai..." Chuuya's voice comes out too tight and small, unlikely to ever reach Dazai. His hand lifts shakily, in some dazed attempt to stop him. There is panic wild and fast in his chest, the beginnings of hyperventilation, his breaths shallow and quick.
Something's wrong, something's wrong—
This hurts too much, it's not supposed to be like this—
His vision is blurring, and his head is taut and aching with the stress and anxiety and so much anguish that he can barely comprehend it.
The last of Dazai's hazy form disappears, far in the distance.
_______Forced into a difficult situation, Dazai has to leave Chuuya behind post-Corruption without his usual thorough check-up. Only, he has no idea just what state Chuuya was in as he was walking away from him that night.
Grief is a good teacher on how to value those you love. When he gets Chuuya back, Dazai uses his lessons well.

Summary
Rumor has it that a figure in Yokohama’s underground scene is holding a contest. The top-voted street racer wins a free enrollment into the next Formula 3 season, all the way in California. They might as well be handing out a one-way ticket to the F1 roster, and all the fame, glory, and money that comes with it.
The entire city’s confident that the best driver that the circuit’s known in decades, Dazai Osamu—street name: McQueen, will win the opportunity.
That is, until a redheaded rookie known by the name of Prince shows up on his streets.

Summary
“You know this won't make me trust you any faster,” Chuuya murmurs, rubbing Dazai’s bottom lip with a gloved thumb. “But we have as much time as we need for that, don't we?"
Dazai remembers what Mori said - that how long he stays with Chuuya, under his supervision, is up to Chuuya's discretion.
Dazai has a feeling he’s never going to leave Chuuya’s control again.
