Instead of jumping in joy or thanking him profusely like most people do when he offers them a job, Penny just looks confused.
“I already work here,” she says.
Tony stares at her blankly.
Or, in which Tony gets an intern, Natasha gets a hobby, and Penny gets a new family (a real one this time.)

Okay, Classic Peter fic, Hes 14, May died and he's been on his own for around 2 years. He was bit by the spider 1 year and a 5 months ago and been spiderman for 1 year and 3 months. He lives on the outskirts in a abounded looking building. He made his suit and his AI Karen. He's swung over and helped the avengers a few times but they dont really like him because they don't know his identity or motives.
So, Peter being bored spending all his time either at school or swinging about New York, he decided to sign up to be Tony Starks intern. He gets the internship and now its time for his plan
