Oikawa Tooru was a great planner. He was organized and meticulous and paid great attention to detail. That was what made him such a great student in high school and a great setter, both in high school and in the pros. The only problem with this was that he could become a bit…narrow in his focus. He spent so much time and effort focused on whatever he was planning that he could forget to take into account things that could happen outside of his well-laid plans.

While he did become a successful volleyball player, he also ended up becoming a single dad to a very sick little girl. When their search for treatment takes them back to Japan, Oikawa reconnects with Kageyama and finds that he still gets the life of his dreams, it just looks a little different than he'd planned

Summary
Oikawa planned to take things slow with Kageyama. He knows perfectly well how emotionally awkward Kageyama can be, so he wanted to ease him into their relationship. Court him properly, like he never had a chance to when they were in college.
That was his original plan, at least.
Even he’s surprised by how quickly and comfortably they fell into their relationship. It feels like they were never out of touch for the past two years and simply picked up where they left off.
Okay, that wasn’t actually accurate. They weren’t boyfriends yet when Oikawa left, so maybe this is just a new beginning? A new chapter of what’s sure to be a whirlwind romance.
Or, Kageyama and Oikawa reunite in Paris for a tournament and a date.

He takes in a heavy breath and pretends these cheap sunglasses hide his dark circles as they wheel the poor kid in.
"Hey," Gojo rasps. "Miss me?"
Megumi's eyes go wide in horror. His jaw hangs slightly agape. He's breathing too fast. He doesn't say a word.
“Fushiguro?” Yuji's hand hovers over his shoulder. Megumi smacks it away harshly.
He trembles as he gets to his feet, then trips unceremoniously toward the foot of Gojo's hospital bed. Satoru instinctively reaches out to catch him, but he's too slow in his sewn-up state, and Yuta gets there first.
There's tears running down the kid's face. Guilt is a weighty boulder between the two of them.
Megumi claps his shaking hand over his mouth, but he can’t contain an emotional dry heave. Yuta escorts him to the trashcan so he can sob and vomit freely in terror.
Gojo sits there stupidly, unable to do anything else.

“Well,” Kaz grimaced and looked over his shoulder before facing her. “A while ago, I ran an insurance scam. It was a long one. Took me a few months and it required a lot of backup,” he admitted. Inej nodded. “Um, to make it work… I needed a spouse…” he said slowly. Inej’s brows raised.
“Kaz…Are you already married?”
“I had forged it,” he said, almost defensively. “It’s forged. The whole thing was forged, but apparently I did a good job because the idiots at the courthouse say it is legally binding.”
Part of Inej wanted to laugh. This could only happen to them. She squeezed Kaz’s fingers.
“Just sign some divorce papers then.”
“That’s the issue.”
“Is she dead? You don’t need to worry about it if she’s dead, Kaz.”
“No. Nobody is dead…unfortunately,” Kaz sighed and ran a hand over his face. “It’s just going to be a pain in the ass.”
Inej felt the first hint of worry climb in her chest.
“….who did you marry?”
Kaz grimaced.
"Take a guess."

Kaz and Inej are on a time crunch to get married. Unfortunately, Kaz's forgery skills from a fake marriage require divorce papers and Jesper just isn't sure he's willing to put their fake-kids through that.
