Summary
Draco shifts his head as he turns to look at Scorpius, his cheek touching the pillow. "Did you know that…" He pauses, his throat convulsing, and it sounds audible in the silence, besides Michael's steady, even breathing from the other bedroom.
Scorpius is staring back at him, in wait of something new to learn, a beautiful and intelligent child. He has Draco's mind. He has Draco's eyes and nose and mouth and hair. He is his. All his. All he has of Michael are his wild curls and the green of his eyes, and sometimes he looks into them and imagines that they aren't Michael's, but someone else's.
Draco leans his head closer, biting the quiver out of his lips before he breathes a laden and shuddering exhale, and he whispers, "You are my star in a big black sky."

Absolutely one of my favorite stories. Harry starts out needing a healer and Draco is the only one in the country with that specialty. They slowly start to trust each other and the case they are working on builds. Lots of beautiful vulnerable scenes. Loved chapter 12 in the last work in this series.

I had to read this entire novel twice to really soak in every glorious detail. Harry gets drugged with lust potion and Draco is the target of his lust. Draco is in love with Harry and does everything in his power to take care of him when Harry is most vulnerable. When Harry wakes up he is disgusted it was Malfoy he was after. Slow burn and gorgeous. Chapter 12 for the most beautiful I love you scene without Harry saying it.

Really loved this long thought out epic story.
Pros: amazing slow burn. And I mean slooowww. Meeting in dreams was deliciously done, they became so vulnerable with each other before meeting in person. Draco’s like in Brooklyn was amazing. Loved the cast of characters and loved Draco even more.
Cons: I was so hoping to get major character development once Harry and Draco were a couple but it seems like they became a couple and then it was a side story. No on screen sex, missing large chunks of their development to work through other character stories. Wished it was more Draco/Harry focused at the end with sex. Because so much vulnerability comes through via sex and we have seen so much vulnerability before they could even touch each other. Once they were together it felt halted.

What if Voldemort become almost like a mentor to Harry? He doesn’t want to kill Harry because he’s a horecrux, but what if V actually started to care for Harry. Slow build with Draco. Not rated correctly, no on screen sex, but very worth the read.
