Summary
For centuries, humans have fought the Metas — a race of humans with extreme genetic divergences, often resembling traits of animals or objects.
After the Meta population drastically declined, their remaining children were confined to a settlement called Paper Town, where they are forced to attend Paper School.
There, the rules are simple and terrifying: fail Mathematics, Science, or Language three times, and your teacher will execute you.
When a timid student named Abbie receives his third failing grade in Mathematics, he should have died that day.
Instead, through a strange stroke of luck, he survives.
But his survival brings consequences, and a dark spirit awakens inside his mind.
A spirit that may change the fate of the dying Meta race…
Whether Abbie wants that destiny or not.

Summary
Soundwave, once entrapped in the shadow zone, had now found himself in a mirror world, where the Decepticon Cause had held what it promised and the Autobots seek to restore the caste system under a religious dictatorship.
Megatron had once promised to conquer and come out on top with Soundwave, strong enough to stand by his side.
This gold tinted mirror of his master showed no interest in conquest.
