Ex-Marine Solomon Tozer's back in his hometown. His mam's trying to get him to leave, his brain's telling him to give up and his neighbour's convinced him to apply for the Cub Leader position at the local Parish Church.
Youth Pastor John Irving's been left with a quagmire to sort in the Axbridge Parish. Trying to fix through years of fraudulent behaviours (thanks Vicar Franklin) and the disorganization of Pastor Crozier, the Cubs needing a new Leader is the last thing he can deal with right now.
Solomon thinks the Pastor's a tit in his chinos and polo shirts that button right up to the top.
John thinks Solomon is his latest test from God, with his gruff demeanour and gorgeous eyes...
