Summary
When Kacchan's parents ask Izuku to spend the first few nights out of the hospital with him, Izuku takes on the job of caring for Kacchan. For some reason, everyone keeps asking him if he's okay, and Kacchan grows irritated with him being "a self-sacrificing little shit." Which makes no sense. Izuku is perfectly fine and capable of nursing Kacchan back to health.
At this rate, Izuku is going to give Katsuki another heart condition.

Katsuki, newly crowned king of Yuuei, lives a life set in stone. Determined to be the best ruler, he strives to follow the same path as his parents. Izuku, a loner omega dwelling in the forest, lives a life stalked by death. He keeps a careful distance between himself and the rest of the world but when the king shows up at his doorstep half dead, he’s determined not to let another person die under his watch.
