The Ebott region has been experiencing heavy fluxes of power ever since the Monsters resurfaced from beneath the Mountain. It may be due to the Monsters’ biological makeup, but STARS believes it may be another source at work. If this power remains unchecked, catastrophe might ensue. So they send someone from the Zodiacs to check, and possibly eliminate, whatever source that is.

Summary
You, the reader, in this case Bea, are obsessed with Undertale, and a short skeleton. But once the monsters break the barrier and publicity spreads of their arrival, it's suddenly pertinent to keep the monsters from ever finding out that their lives were a video game. You still play the game avidly, despite the unknown effects; however, when a certain pair of skeletons become your roommates, you discover pretty disturbing things about the game you're playing. However, will you keep playing the game under wraps in hopes Sans will never find out? Or will you be forced to give it up?

Swan is another orphan who's guided by a mysterious ghost. Deciding to help the monsters from the Underground, the two kids will be challenged more than once during their quest.
