"I was checking for injuries." Valerie smiled, a little coy, and reached for his forearm, drawing him closer to her.
"You are very thorough." His smirk grew wider.

From the beginning, V finds herself drawn to Goro. At first it's because she wants him to bend her over the table at Tom's Diner, but as time goes on, she learns more about the ex-Arasaka bodyguard. It becomes more between them, something she tries to deny even though she's knee deep.
Goro Takemura is a bastard, and he knows it. Problem is, he can't deny the feelings growing for that pesky merc. One day arrives when he realizes with a jolt that he doesn't *want* to deny them.

This is a slow burn romance, it's going to get spicy in the later chapters but there's plenty sprinkled in throughout. Enjoy this tale of my favorite Saka boy and his merc. <3Bookmarked by Herirra
