Summary
"Do you hate me? For what I did to you?" It's a stupid question. Maomao still doesn't answer it.
Instead, she moves the hand Shisui— Fuck!—Loulan is holding, and moves it to the girl's cheek, wiping a line of bright powder off her face. It's familiar. Achingly so. The one that caused all of this.
"Why would they make a girl like you wear something like this?"
<-------->
Loulan comes to check on Maomao while she's working for Lady Shenmei. They're both yearning. Horrifically so. Happy ending!

"You couldn't have cleaned your hair once over the course of, say, seven years?"
"I didn't have the money for no fancy shampoo or conditioner! I was raised by a male preacher, I don't know the slightest thing about haircare!”
•—————————•
Sayaka finds out that Kyoko has a horrible relationship with her hair and decides to fix it for her. There's a reason she does.
