You are his superior. He is half your age. You do not care enough about that. If his crush on you doesn’t undo you both, your attraction to him will. He tries to filter through the thoughts, fight them back with the only rational justification he has: He needs help and I can help him. The right thing to do is help him. I need to do the right thing just once tonight.
