Jason was visibly suppressing a smirk. "You'd be surprised."

Clark did the math in his head.
Something inside him broke.
The blonde shrugged - almost casually.
As if Clark’s whole world hadn’t crumbled before him.
“You- you’ve been doing this for two years?” He made eye contact with his son, his voice barely a whisper. Was he such a horrible father that he didn’t notice his own child was in so much pain that he felt like hurting himself?

A month after being kicked out of school for being caught with a dangerous, experimental drug that gives you superpowers, Jon Kent has finally had his expulsion overturned on the condition that he starts therapy. But what was the point? Therapy was for people with real problems. People like Jordan with his anxiety, or Sarah with her depression. Not him. He was fine. He didn’t need therapy. Really.
Except Dr. Wiles has a way of getting him to talk about stuff. Stuff that was supposed to be buried. Stuff that would make his parents think even worse of him than they already did if they found out the truth.
