In chapter 1, Harry gets mental breakdown no. 153782872 after failing to solve a case. The skills panic and then haphazardly recover, barely.
In future chapters, we get to see Kim talk to Harry about what's going on inside his brain, and he may or may not get introduced to the skills. Also, Kim and Harry live together, but they are only close friends for now. Not romantic yet, just bros supporting bros.
