Steve Rogers was known by many names. Captain America, America's hero, A war veteran, man out of time and occasionally capsicle (yes, he took his time to understand that reference but he did, and he was kind of sort of fond of it now, never let Tony know he said it). So yes, he was used to being called by various names.
What he was not used to, however, was being called ‘Uncle Steve’.
