He suddenly sees it. She has the same yellow eyes, narrow like a cat’s, but her face is rounder than it is at fifteen. Her cheeks are full and rosy. Her hair is bright, her skin glows, she looks healthy.
“Toga?” he questions.AKA Toga gets hit by a quirk that changes her into her seven-year-old self. Dabi, unsure where else to go, takes her to Hawks. Domestic fluff ensues and then some angst and then a happy ending! Featuring Toga getting a chance at a good childhood, Hawks confronting his past and present, and Dabi remembering what it's like to be an older brother.

“Touya-nii!” The voice says and it’s undoubtedly the voice of 5 year-old Todoroki Shouto. The voice of his little brother.
“Touya?” Hawks questions as he tries to piece together why the name is being said.
“Touya-nii, you’re so big!” Shouto says in awe as he hurries over to where Dabi’s standing.
Dabi’s legs give out. He’s overwhelmed by the image of little Shouto running to him. The tousled red and white hair, his ice blue and gray eyes, the soft skin of his unscarred face. It nullifies Dabi. Suddenly, he can only remember being Touya.AKA a fic where Shouto gets hit by a de-aging quirk and Endeavor charges Hawks with watching him until the quirk wears off, featuring Hawks' terrible child caring skills (thanks to his own terrible childhood) and a Todoroki sibling reunion

They don't get a chance to speak, because as if on cue, a sleeve covering a majority of the toddler falls revealingly as Keigo stretches, vibrant wings extending out with his pintsized toes and fingers. His mouth falls agape in a yawn, and then he curls back up with his face against Dabi's chest.
In an instant, Dabi and the baby are swarmed.
Dabi's only plans for the night consisted of sneaking into a familiar apartment, snatching a thing or two, then heading out before he was caught. He didn't intend on becoming a babysitter for a much smaller and much feistier version of Japan's Number Two Pro-Hero.
