Or what could happen if seemingly inconsequential choices were made, like taking a few seconds too long or turning down a different corridor.

After the events that took place on Amelie's beach, Sam continues fulfilling his duty as a porter and delivers the final pizza to Peter Englert. He expected a lot of things but patching up his mortal enemies' wounds and pouring monster energy down his throat certainly wasn't one of them.
