I'm really bad at summaries guys just read the first paragraph and go from there. That one TikTok that's like "I'm whatever gender Steve Harrington had going on in season 3" Gender / gay panic, androgyny as a plot device.

Summary
Steve turns abruptly, watching Tommy’s cold grin that makes him look almost angry. Tommy always hated Nancy and made sure that Steve knew. Steve can see it written all over his face.
Then he catches Billy Hargrove's eyes. They're intense.
Hargrove holds Steve’s gaze with cold, cold eyes, the rest of his face emotionless. Then he bares his teeth, grinning and licking his lips in a way that makes him look nothing but crazy and dangerous. It makes Steve’s stomach turn a little, twist sharply. Makes his skin tingle.
Or:
A (very) slow burn of Steve and Billy clashing and dancing around each other. Upside Down stuff happens, making everything harder (easier?) for the two of them. Also, Tommy Hagan has a crush on Steve Harrington and doesn't know how to handle it.
