Zelda relaxed in the fairy spring, fresh water rippling around her hot pink swimsuit. “Mm, now why can't every day be like this?”
It was a rhetorical question, of course, yet as the princess reached for her glass of noble pursuit, she only had a moment to sip the drink before her precious peace was interrupted.
“CANNONBALLLL!!!!" Chaos ensued. The princess cried out as a wave washed over her. She rose up, then immediately fell back into the pool as her feet slipped on the bottom. All of the manners and decorum expected of royalty were forgotten as she cursed this intruder, who even now dared to swim in her hidden sanctuary. “Whoa, excuuuuse me, princess! Didn't see you there.”
Zelda fumed. If anger could be converted into heat, she would have evaporated the entire pool and that idiot Link right along with it. “Rrrr! Nice job, hero!”
