Summary
Silence encompassed the graveyard. Vecna had nothing to say. No order to give. No whisper in Will's mind, ricocheting against the caged walls. It was just this - a gun and a crowd and Mike and Will.
"Will," Mike changed his tune again, his voice softening out until it rang like chimes in the wind, dancing its way through the silence, "come back to me."
Will's breath stuttered, and he blinked over at Mike, something deep and intrinsic and familiar pulling his gaze in that direction. Mike seemed relieved all at once, dry eyes welling up once more. He stepped forward, closer to Will, a dim candle springing to life.
"Will," Vecna imposed, snuffing the light out, "pull the trigger."

Summary
Going off to university means changes in every aspect of life. New living environment, new routines, and new relationships (definitely friends, but maybe more). The changes can be overwhelming, but when you have friends that go to the same school, it can ease things, or make things worse if they like to meddle. Follow Nico and Will as they start their college years and navigate the rollercoaster of campus life, friendship, family, and love. A new start does not mean the traumas of life simply end but finding that space where you feel you belong and finding those who love you even on the dark days, that's a happy ending that everyone can hope for.

Summary
“Stop doing that,” He mumbles, then, “What about bacon?”
“Stop what?” Mike whispers back, like a tease, breath fanning. He plants one deliberate kiss, just at Will’s jawline. “This?”
“Mike,” Will pulls in a gentle whine, to which he laughs back at, silent and more like a stuttered breath. “Stop. Bacon?”
“Yes,” He finally pulls back, sliding his hands from the counter, and to Will’s arms. He nods once, sighing. “Bacon is fine. I’ll wake the devil.”

Summary
“You seem like a good guy,” Chance said with a smirk, voice low. “I-”
“Hey, Will?” It was Mike, of course it was Mike, interrupting the only time a hot guy may have ever flirted with Will.
“Uh, give me a sec, I just-” Will stumbled.
“Don’t worry about it, Byers, I better get to class,” Chance motioned vaguely down the hall. “I’ll see you around,” Then he had the audacity to fucking wink.
Will didn’t have the time to short-circuit because Mike was glaring suspiciously at Chance as he walked away. “Why, pray tell, were you talking to him?” Mike asked stonily.
Will clenched his jaw. “Why do you care?”
Mike sighed and shook his head. “I don’t.” He thrust a flyer in front of him, looking suddenly embarrassed. “We have a show tonight. Seven o’clock at this cool venue downtown.”
Will took it, silently.
“I want you to come,” Mike said softly, and for a moment none of the bad shit had happened at all, and they were just two kids staring at each other in a school hallway.
-Will might think it's really hot that Mike's in a band. Mike might've written a song about Will. Unfortunately, they're both total idiots and have been set on ignoring each other for months.

Summary
Will gathers up all his courage into his sore arms, cradling bravery against his chest, holding it over his broken-and-then-healed ribcage. “Ever since I got back from the Upside Down, I’ve been in pain.”
“What do you mean?” Mike asks.
“It’s like I came back wrong. My body hurts pretty much all the time. It wasn’t that bad when it started, but it just kept getting worse and worse and now I’m just—” Will swallows the lump in his throat. “I’m crippled, basically. I’m sorry.”
Mike’s mouth opens and closes a couple times. “Hold on, did you say since the Upside Down? Three years ago?”
Will nods.
“And when you say ‘all the time’, you mean all the time?”
“The severity changes a lot, but yes.”
Mike looks… very concerned. “Even right now?”
It’s not funny, but he laughs. “Especially right now.”
or, Snapshots of Will's experience with chronic pain over the years, and how he navigates it with Mike.
