Summary
It happens on a Tuesday night, on a rooftop in Gotham, the way so many horrible things do. One moment Jason has the Replacement’s throat under his hand and his blood is boiling with irritation and the kid’s wearing that irritating little smirk that means he’s got the information that Jason needs but he’s so desperate to show off about how he found out that he’s willing to take the risk of being strangled. The next moment he’s got a huge hand on his throat, gripping hard, and he’s short and his heart’s going like a rabbit’s and there’s a red helmet inches from his nose.
The next—
The next—
What the fuck.

Summary
"Bruce was working with Jason. Jason was actually standing up and wrestling Tim down the stairs, like he was going to listen to an order from Bruce. Them having teamed up to get rid of him was the only explanation.
“No, no, dad, please,” Tim said, straining to reach for him.
“C’mon, Timber, we’re going to the cave. Calm down,” Jason said.
“No-”
Of all the different ways Tim had imagined Jason killing him, never once had he thought Bruce would help. Be unable to stop him? Sure. But never actually help."
Tim gets caught in a Scarecrow attack as a civilian. He wakes up and figures out that his family is trying to kill him.
or, Proditiophobia, the fear of betrayal.

Summary
He leaned over the ledge of the Wayne Enterprises building and stared at the drop below. He didn’t feel scared, though he knew he should be. He felt… calm. Tired. Drained. Empty. But not afraid, not even upset or sad. He stood slowly, and his bare feet burned with the cold of the concrete. He must have forgotten his shoes in his rush.
The sound of the city floated up from somewhere far below him, and he took in a deep breath of smog-filled air. He closed his eyes. He had read that it would make it easier. Tim had experience flying. He had experience falling, too. He couldn’t imagine this would be too hard for him.
