Turning away from Stiles and heading towards the inside of the clinic, Deaton droned, "A human's cannot participate in a mate connection nor could it withstand the full mating process, additionally no born wolf would ever be mated to a human. I understand that you think you two are mates, but I can assure you there is no possible way. Not only that you need to accept that a born wolf needs their mate, heartbreak is the only possible outcome for you. So I suggest you stop trying to convince yourself, and let him stop wasting his time with a human who could never be his mate."
