“I— c’mon, man,” Eddie tries weakly, “I just— you don’t have to— c’mon.”
“C’mon what?” Steve says, softer this time. “Just wanna know what you were doing. You seriously into puking...?”

Steve Harrington, despite his reputation as a bit oblivious, and a ladies man, figured some stuff out about himself four years ago and promptly squashed all those feelings into a box he never intended to see the light of day.
In which Will coming out forces Steve to be open about some things (because Steve’s issues will always take a backseat to making sure the kids feel safe). And Steve doesn’t mean for Eddie to find out, but he does, and it turns into a bonding experience. (And it’s the best and the worst, because having him as a friend is more than Steve ever could’ve hoped for, but it also feels a little like dying.)

“Greg,” he says and turns back to face his husband. House’s face is squished half on his pillow and half on Wilson's when Wilson presses a kiss to his nose trying to wake him up. House groans but doesn’t open his eyes. “Come on, I need to get up or we won’t have time for breakfast.”
“No,” House mumbles. His eyes open just in time to catch the smile on Wilson’s face. He really can’t help it when House groans that cute 'no' every few mornings, tightening his grip on Wilson’s torso and nuzzling deeper into his side. And that’s when he notices it first.

Summary
Whilst on an eighteen hour flight back home, a Korean man starts vomiting, gets a fever and a rash on his back and makes everyone on board paranoid. A woman gets the same symptoms and while Cuddy and Wilson are sure it’s meningococcus, House has suspicions. To confirm these suspicions, he convinces himself to have the symptoms, meaning he was right about his theory, but now has to deal with the leftovers of the hysteria.

“Attention passengers,” House announced over the airplane intercom made for flight attendants. “We have a vomiting, feverish man back here with a spotty red rash on his back. The doctors on this flight have reason this is due to the ingestion of the sea bass served to you, which had a toxin. If you also ate this fish, you are now digesting a poisonous toxin. He’s dying. Have a nice flight!” He hung it up. Mutters of distress rung throughout the cabin, and a distant retch.
“House, what the hell!” Wilson barked from the other aisle. House smirked in response.
“Great, you just worried an entire plane of passengers who ate some maybe bad bass. You happy?” Cuddy crossed her arms.
