In the moments before, the priest would hold out his hand and Abaddon would miss the signs, "The village awaits our presence," His voice, hoarse and quiet, was devoid of emotion, carefully monotone. His eyes were stone and his jaw was clenched, teeth grinding together. A rosary, wooden and perfectly carved, hung from his neck like a noose.
In the moments after, there was a dying priest, the scent of burning flesh, and a wailing child.
OR
There are unforseen consequences to binding a demonic entity to a human soul. Neither demon nor human is too happy about it.
(I like the theory that abaddon and the vessels soul have merged, essentially making something new that is both the child and the demon)

Basically I thought too hard about Abaddon's Vessel and I was like ykw. I love Abaddon but he's lowkey evil and his vessel deserves sm better. I named him Amias Mereworth I hope you guys like him because he's very dear to me <3
