“Are pretending to date.” Angel finished for him. “PR team said it’ll attract more attention to the movie if there’s a dating rumour going on.”
Aki’s eye and mouth twitched from the sheer irony of that statement. They wanted an on-set romance? Angel and Aki were right here.
Only that… no one knew.

He cant see the human’s face, he doesn’t even want to imagine the disgust showing over it. Suddenly, he feels arms wrap around him. He jerks away and hits his back on the wall. His moist eyes watch Aki’s face, “Sorry, I didn’t know what to do,” Aki looks away flushed. “I tell you I want you to live and the first thing you do is hug me?” Angel chuckles.
”I want you to live too Angel.” He says. Angel looks him in his eyes for the slightest bit of sarcasm— none.
Angel could feel heat move to his face at these words. He didn’t know if it was from embarrassment or the sweetness in his voice. He strains his eyes away from Aki’s face onto the bed he’d been resting on. “Ok, I’ll try, as long as you live your life as you want.” He deals.
“Deal.”

“Where are your ears?”
“What kind of question is that?” Aki rasped, spitting out the last of his bitter saliva. “On my head.”
Angel squinted. As Aki pushed himself off the ground, two triangular black shapes made themselves known on either side of Aki’s head. Covered in short, slick fur, they looked to be the floppy ears of a natural Doberman Pinscher. Angel’s breath caught in his throat. “No way.”

After a tense fight with the Amalgamation Devil, Angel notices something off about Aki--mainly, the fact that he now has the ears and tail of a dog. His canine instincts cause him to swallow a piece of the Gun Devil and nullify Angel's powers. In the midst of these oddly convenient circumstances, what will a devil and a devil-hunter do?
