Bilbo Baggins is a boring, plain, dull Lit. Professor who may or may not actually be one of the most notorious gentleman thieves to have never been caught. He’s quite respectable now, no need for adventures, no need for anything regarding the Thieves Guild to which he may or may not have been the heir of. Except an old friend of his mother’s has brought a troupe of men to his front door and has utterly upended his quiet life. Now he’s being dragged across the world Contracted as a ‘burglar’ (which he is NOT, well he is, but not anymore and WHY DOES GANDALF ALWAYS RUIN EVERYTHING?) to help this rag tag group of misfits and finds himself being taken in by the leader’s charisma.

Summary
Nori challenges Bilbo to a 'little' game. To steal from three members of the company without getting caught, and then they have to steal one thing from each other.
The stakes: If Bilbo wins, Nori has to return what he's stolen.
And if Nori wins, well that part was never clarified.
Bilbo doesn't know why he agreed, maybe it's his own pride, maybe it's to prove the over confident dwarf wrong that he can be clever and sneaky if he wants to be. Maybe it's to prove to himself he has a little chance of survival against a dragon.
Either way, he's at a severe disadvantage against an actual burglar. After all, he's only burgled one thing in his life, and that was unintentional. Even if it is the only thing giving him an upper hand.

Summary
These are stand alone one-shots to my challenges from the fic: There's Silence and Then There's Distance. Those who answer the questions I present correctly get to request a little backstory of their character of choosing, because the universe of the fanfic is rather huge, and I may even in throw in random one-shots that just don’t fit the story.
1. Bifur – He doesn’t blame Bofur anymore, if only the other could get it through his thick skull.
2. Nori (hints of NorixBofur)- Nori's favorite past time is to appear and disappear whenever he wants.
3.Thorin- They were the Durin Three.
4. Dwalin x Ori- Ori believes he has the most nerve out of the team. And he does.
5. Ori has got a hot date. Sort of. He hopes.
