Summary
Not all problems in society are villain related, not every evil can be fought with your fists or even your brain. Sometimes people get sick and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
Sometimes nothing is that simple, and with more questions than answers you start looking for someone to blame.
Hero Deku got sick and is now residing in a medically induced coma and the whole country is feeling the loss. But a young healthy pro suddenly falling gravely is rather sus.
Katsuki is desperate to unravel an ever shifting mystery, if he beats the villian, if he wins, the day is saved. That's how it goes right? Because if not, no healer will save his “best friend”
Meanwhile Eri and Kota look for a way to do something for their hero, but at 15 they can't really do much. After some brainstorming, they decide to make a video talking about how Deku saved them, not with a quirk or even from villains but from everyday things like dealing with resentments towards life and learning to smile again. They hashtag it #HowDekuSavedMe and record some of Deku's friend's stories too, and it spreads like wildfire.

Summary
Katsuki unknowingly gets caught admitting to how badly he used to feel about Deku,.
Of course, the video goes viral and ruins his life. Not because he's being judged for his past sins, he could bear that in stride as his due karma.No, it's much worse than that. The video makes it seem like those are his CURRENT feelings and now Deku thinks Katsuki's been deceiving him all these years.
Now if Katsuki can't get a hold of him Deku's going to leave their partnership and Katsuki is never going to get the chance to admit his REAL hidden feelings.

This is mostly just my own personal challenge to see if I can make villain Deku happen by only adding to what the anime has shown us.
Maybe the only difference between hero Deku and villain Deku is how much we know.Of course, its a bkdk flavored too.

The pain blooms on his throat this time as the characters that write the answer carve themselves into his skin. It doesn’t feel like a scalpel cutting through his skin this time. Nor does it feel like his skin is breaking on its own after being stretched too thin. Instead, the experience is akin to having his throat literally shredded, as if a million of tiny, jagged claws or teeth are digging into his flesh and pulling at it to brand him with the words.
This time, Katsuki screams.

Where the fuck do people even go for dates? Katsuki has never done anything romantic in his life except maybe watch the Lion King once. Unless he was going to run away because of his uncle’s betrayal for years till Deku finds him years later and they declare their love through song under a fucking waterfall, he had absolutely no idea where the fuck.
“So… how’d it go?”
Katsuki whirled around from his place at the door, clutching a hand to his chest, “WHAT THE FUCK?”
Kirishima motioned vaguely with his hand, “How’d it go?”
“HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GET IN MY ROOM?”
Or, Katsuki Bakugou is a pining fool, Izuku says yes to a date, and some past 'extras' to the both of them stir up some trouble.

Ground Zero and Deku are the world's top two heroes, constantly knocking each other out of the number one spot. Their rivalry keeps them both sharp, and while Katsuki would prefer to be the undisputed champion, he’s not unhappy.
The thing is, he’s still a virgin. It’s not like he’s shy. He just doesn’t want to waste his time with people who aren’t good enough for him. But he’s admittedly let his personal life fall by the wayside so that he could focus on being a big damn hero. Anyway, now that he’s finally thinking about it, it’s clear there’s only one person who’s worthy of being with him. His oldest friend. His rival. His permanent pain in the ass. The only hero alive who comes close to being Ground Zero’s equal: Deku.
