Kagi se ve tranquilo y contento y suave, igual que todas las mañanas, mientras se viste para las clases y tararea una especie de canción extraña que Hirano jamás en su vida he escuchado y la calidez lo azota, una lluvia nevada, un cielo nocturno despejado y cubierto de estrellas, o alguna de esas cosas que no suelen apreciarse por la misma persona dos veces.
Y Hirano se pregunta qué tan fácil sería acercarse...
Qué tan grave sería...
Pero no permite que ese pensamiento tome forma.
Presintiendo lo peor, aunque no sepa en ese punto qué es lo bueno y qué es lo malo.
Hirano es un poco lento, pero una vez las cosas caen por su propio peso, es imposible no darse cuenta.

“I didn’t expect it to be such a gripping story, really”, Sasaki continues, eyes glued to the screen as if he doesn’t notice the weight shifting beside him, “I’ve only watched two episodes but I’m getting the sense that the BL aspect is really important to the plot. I don’t think it could’ve been set up this way had it not been BL.”
It would be so easy to bend to gravity. It would be easy to tumble bodily into Sasaki because the couch is actually more of a loveseat and the cushions aren’t firm enough to hold their shape when pressed. The trajectory, if Miyano were to follow the call of physics, would angle him rightwards until he falls, shoulder to shoulder against his roommate on a sofa that suddenly seems far too small for two.

Or: Miyano moves in with Sasaki, and the rest follows easily.
OR Or: Wherein falling for your roommate is all too easy, but coming to that realisation is exceptionally hard.
