Summary
When the exhibits first wake up, the museum experiences a power outage before Larry has the chance to attend to them. But with a very persuading argument with Larry, Octavius manages to get the Western and Roman enclosures open, but later finds it to be a regrettable decision, as he and Jedediah are left separated in their own exhibits; in the dark and in the untreated winter cold. And of course, he takes it upon himself to get themselves back together.

-- "SkekZok let out shuttered and audible breaths, staring at the bloodied mess he made as he shook. He looked up at SkekShod with a broken and sorry face. He had just accidentally shown the Treasurer how broken he was, how vulnerable his sickness made him. Blood dripped from his mouth and onto the ground, making small dots that scattered a small area on the floor. He sat up from his collapsed spot on the ground, still looking at the Treasurer.
“Hassss your sickness ev-ever been thi-this bad?” SkekShod asked, breathy and stuttering and scared.
The Ritual-Master let out a heavy exhale. “No…” He paused. “But I am afraid that I am dying.” He said quietly, trying to steady his shaking and breathing." --

SkekZok had been experiencing sharp chest pains for days that he brushed off as "seasonal allergies". But when he starts coughing up bloodied flower petals of gold, he learns that his one-sided love for the oblivious Treasurer is killing him. His time ticks down, and he's unsure if he is wasting or using it wisely as he gets put into difficult positions and tries to find a solution to his problem.

The other Skeksis try it out for a night of fun in the Banquet Hall, but SkekZok lets slip of something that has been on his mind for a while to SkekShod while under the influence.
