Summary
Being taken from the ruins of Jaku City was a relief at first. It promised safety and survival. Field medics treated the worst wounds. Med-evac teams stabilized bodies where they could and soothed minds. None of them knew yet that Central Hospital was a horror all its own.
Surviving it fractured Aizawa Shōta's mind, but he's still a hero. Or is he really a vigilante? An anti-hero? Or a villain?

Shōta's journey to accepting he'll be Eri's guardian.
*****
“No.”
“Do at least consider the request, Aizawa-kun. You are deceptively good with your students,” Nezu said.
Shōta raised an eyebrow. “That's your most convincing argument? A half-baked blend of flattery and insult?”
Nezu grinned. “It's not my most convincing argument, merely the first. Besides, if I pretended you were some natural-born child-whisperer, it would be both false and entirely ineffective.”
Shōta scoffed. “Exactly. Find someone better.”

Summary
Nezu looked up at him. “Aizawa-kun, you are bleeding. And you're getting mud all over my rug.”
Shōta looked down at himself and shrugged.
Nezu's nose twitched. “Also, you smell like an actual sewer.”
“There was a chase,” Shōta dismissed. “I'll get your rug cleaned.”
Nezu jumped down from his chair to pour two cups of tea. “To what do I owe this unusually early and odiferous visit?”
“I want to completely redesign the applied heroics curriculum,” Shōta replied flatly, ignoring the tea.
----
Shōta thinks deeply about what hero students need now that the war is over. And he's going to make it happen.

Summary
A girl around 10 years old ran up to Yamada and pointed Mic's signature finger guns in his direction. He grabbed his own chest and took a few unsteady steps before falling onto his back.
Yamada lifted his head for a moment to wink at the girl. He went back to playing dead when she laughed.
“Apologies, we cannot hear you. I had already taken the liberty of activating your microphone.”
With another beep, Yaoyorozu spoke. “Yes, of course Ne- um, I mean, Mr. Principal.” Flustered. Yamada could help her with that. “We are all together. With Midnight-sensei.”

Summary
After the war ended, Shōta knew that he wasn't Eraserhead anymore. Not really.
He knew who he was, of course. He was Aizawa Shōta, UA Heroics teacher and underground pro. He was Eri's adoptive father. Most recently, he was Yamada Hizashi's new partner.
He just wasn't Eraserhead.
So who was he?
