Summary
**BIG SPOILERS (if, like me, you got to this game over a decade late)**
A final scene for Dragon Age II, picking up from the moment the party walk out of the Gallows, because when the credits rolled it was like a spear going into my heart and I had to just... they had to SAY THINGS to each other.
In the aftermath of Meredith's defeat, Hawke's party make their way out of the city calling them its enemy. They are exhausted and fractured, unsure what there is for them and what they can still mean to each other and Thedas. They stop at the remains of The Hanged Man and finally break the silence.
[CW: Grief, displacement, personal conflict, loss of temper, emotional pain, negative self-talk, Fenris' fantasy version of chronic pain, fantasy oppression that isn't that fantasy, gallows humour, some descriptions of animal remains in the first part.

Pining here is so amazing 😍 And it's so sweet to watch bond between Obi-Wan and Anakin bloom 😍🥺❤️Tusken conversation here is one of my favourite things ever ❤️❤️❤️ Obi-Wan warring with himself over it, barely able to look at Anakin and in such a despair over his darkness 🥺 He will love him, he will try to help him find his way to light again, but he cannot forgive him. Nobody can anymore and Anakin made sure of that 🥺
Warning for myself: In latter parts Anakin acts like such an immature, hypocritical brat that I longed tremendously for someone to punch him hard. Which is great, because that's how Anakin is and we love him for that, but it raised my blood pressure 😂
