She decides to partner with a dwarven merchant to go into the Deep Roads on a expedition that could help to bring her and her family out of the slums, if it is successful. Together, she and a mishmash of odd friends scrounge up the coin to get her on. Little does she know that what they find in the Deep Roads not only affects her future, but also the future of all of Thedas.
