This is the fourth story in the Doctor in Thedas series. It begins when the White Spire Fell and will go through the defeat of Corypheus. The final battle against Fen'Harel will be the fifth story. This series began with a discussion, between the author and a friend, about Bioware changing canon. This turn into a theory that someone was going back and messing with the timeline. Naturally, they needed someone, say The Doctor, to go fix it. Hence, in the first story it is learned that Elanna Levellan the wife of the Dread Wolf stole Captain Jack Harkness' time device and used it to make it easier for Solas to tear down the veil and defeat his enemies. The Doctor is trying to stop her and repair as much of the timeline as he can. Some he can not and others he decides to change himself. This is the story of what happens in Thedas as events are changed. It is also the story of those in Thedas as they fight Blight, find their destinies, and take a stand. (It's a long drawn out soap opera)

So far it feels like he’s mostly made a lot of educated guesses and leaned heavily on his regent, but Eamon’s latest scheme involves a marriage contract and it might be the craziest thing Alistair has ever, however reluctantly, agreed to. Or maybe it will be the best.
Nalissa Cousland barely escaped the sacking of Highever with her life, and after months trying to destabilize Howe’s hold on her people, spent the rest of the Blight as a prisoner of war in Fort Drakon. She still hasn’t come to terms with the scars on her body or the ones in her mind and she doesn’t know that she ever will. But when she receives a proposition from the one man in Ferelden more powerful than her brother, she may have little choice but to try. And hope her past is done trying to kill her, even if it isn’t.

It is the thirty-seventh year of the Dragon Age. Seven years following the Fifth Blight. Across the Waking Sea lies the city of Kirkwall. In just several months, the city of chains will reach its breaking point. One that will split the Chantry asunder, pitting Templars and Mages against one another.
But that story is told elsewhere, in another book written by an author that is far more capable than this humble writer.
Instead, this story follows Oswald Cousland, the Hero of Ferelden, Teyrn of Gwaren, Arl of Amaranthine, and Commander of the Grey. And more importantly, Morrigan.
This story takes us to where Dragon Age began: Ferelden. Inside this work, is a rarer worldstate than most. Yet one that is possible in the constraints within Dragon Age Origins; one where Kieran is conceived naturally, by accident, and not by the Dark Ritual. A worldstate where the Warden survives the events of Dragon Age Origins thanks to the sacrifice of Loghain Mac Tir. King Alistair and Queen Anora rule Ferelden, while the Hero of Ferelden is the Teryn of Gwaren and Arl of Amaranthine.
Any additional content, posted from here on, is purely headcanon and an attempt to fill in the blanks between DA:O, DA:2, and DAI.
