If God really loved her, she would've left this world unaware of the Storm, the Foundation and Manus, if God really loved her, she wouldn't even think of being called by another name. Schneider would've left quietly and peacefully, never knowing Vertin's name.
Therefore, while Marian whispers prayer after prayer to the Lord, while a chorus of living voices and clanking dishes is sung around, Schneider cannot take her eyes off the one she chooses to call Her Lord.
