Summary
The boy next door has always been a mystery--namely because Katsuki has never seen or heard him. Despite their bedroom windows mirroring each other, Katsuki never sees the blinds move.
And then he catches it one day, the way the blinds shift quickly when he looks up from his school work. He investigates because it's the natural thing to do, and discovers that Midoriya Izuku, the boy next door, is way more than the sickly shut in Katsuki expected him to be.
In fact, he starts seeing him as something a whole lot better.

Summary
The summer had been hot- beyond anything anyone had seen.
Popsicles melted faster than usual, roads nearly popped tires, and training had become more of a bitch than usual to the heroics students. But it was productive. Distracting.
Izuku never minded because at least with everything that had kept him busy, he was away from his anxiety and reminders of isolation and bad habits. But things are always complex, and well, consistent. Sick of the blaring heat, a villain with weather powers releases what Japan may consider one of the worst blizzards in history, all while in the month of June.
When all of those distractions are suddenly stripped, leaving Izuku in isolation with his class in the dorms for a “well deserved” break, those broken bad habits soon mold back into his hands. But compared to his early years, the people around him actually begin to pay attention.
Including a rather persistent blonde.
