To put it shortly, you and others will be watching your life in the form of a tv show. Which will be your future. So once you return home, it will grant you the knowledge and understanding to change your fates. Of course, you do not have to, because the future is sacred, and the timeline should not be tempted with, but I believe there is a purpose in showing you.
So, will you accept?
Midoriya Izuku woke up for his last year in Aldera High, and found something outside of his room that he didn't know at the time would not only change his life, but that others would soon appear in the same theater. He was given one explanation, one question, one answer, one chance. And he chose to take it, hoping he wouldn't regret it.

“Uh…” Iida was the first to break from the shock, raising his hand as he questioned, “Sensei, I believe you’re in the wrong classroom…?”
“No, Iida, I’m not.” Vlad shook his head to the class rep, standing in front of the podium as he announced, “Eraser and I will be switching classes for a few days. Principal Nezu thought it would be a good idea to switch.”
A grim expression grew on the teacher’s face, groaning, “Before he laughed…"“Good morning…” Eraser huffed as he glared the class down, muttering under his breath, “...you waste of space.”
“Oh hell no…” Kendo whispered under her breath while her class around her who were out of their seats started cautiously moving to them, raising her voice to be heard as she asked desparately, “Where’s Vlad King?”
“Vlad is dead.” Eraser spat as an answer.
“No he’s not!” Monoma gasped back.
“WeLl He MiGhT aS wElL bE.” Eraser taunted in reply, groaning as he declared, “Cause no one’s coming to save your mediocre asses." -
