When someone new comes along, Midoriya was a fool to think that things could be different this time.
The only good thing about Midoriya’s life before the new mysterious guy in his class, was that he could deal with the physical and emotional bullying. Now, however, he had to deal with heartache as well.

Shouto paused slightly at his reflection in the vanity. He was warned when he was young to never expose your neck in a vampire’s presence. It was asking for trouble, like dangling a piece of meat in front of a starving wolf.
He tilted his head, inspecting the faded, burn patches that still trickled down the left side of his neck all these years later. His palm traced the old wounds that disappeared under the collar of his shirt.
