"A spy? What is this, Soviet Russia?"
Former con-artist Dallas Mallard has finally settled into a life he can see himself sticking with, taking up the position of college professor at the University of Albuquerque. The classes are easy, the money is good, and he can finally start to put his past behind him...
Until, at least, a delivery from an old acquaintance throws his life into chaos, and a fast talking secret agent drags him kicking and screaming into a world of espionage, secret agents and unethical experimentation. In this line of work people are willing to kill to get what they want, and right now, it's Duck Season.
