Two years after the events of Spain, Leon is now living in a small town with Ashley and Luis, when he gets a phone call from an old friend saying that a little girl they saved back in Raccoon City has gone missing. Feeling sick to his stomach but determined to find her, Leon is joined by Ashley and Luis as they make their way to Washington, where they find something much more sinister and horrific slowly unfolding.
Because somebody knows what happened that night in Raccoon City, and they want to take advantage of it for their own sick gain.
