Summary
When he’d first met Sanji, his gangly floundering ways had irritated him. The blond hair, the easy to provoke nature, the princely attitude, the elegance. Sanji had always had something beautiful on him. But his manliness mostly felt like it had been drilled into him, his smoking habit an addiction to the farce itself. In fact, Zoro had pitied him. His lack of convictions, his struggle with identity that other men rooted themselves in so much more easily. Zoro looked down on his obedience and his depression.
Zoro hadn’t liked him at all. Hadn’t liked his pale skin or his stupid curly brows.
He didn’t know when it had changed.

Summary
[...] he sometimes dreamed of those counted numbers, [...] he counted them in Zoro’s voice whenever he took a second to listen to his own racing heartbeat.
Sanji hated it, because he knew how far Zoro had come. How the numbers were always the same, but the weights he was lifting weren’t. How, insanely enough, Sanji was rooting for a sweaty, half naked muscle-head to finish his training session. How his brain was already planning a recipe with perfect nutrients and protein for whichever specific region Zoro had just been training.
‘It’s my job.’ Is what Sanji justifies his actions with when he pushed up his sleeves and went to wash his hands.

As Luffy clung to him, Sanji felt himself panic: “Hold on, Luffy, to WHOM am I married?”
Alternatively:
Luffy doesn't want to risk Sanji getting kidnapped by his biological family again, so he makes sure that Sanji is married. The problem is...
