    What if Bruce never adopted Tim or the rest of the Bat family after Jason died/came back? What would of happened to them? 
    Roy and Jason happen and it all started with a little baby named Lian. 
    Then add about eight other kids, three female babysitters that are criminals, and a giant humanoid-reptile hybrid camping out in the basement and life at the safe house on the edge of Crime Alley gets a bit more complicated. 
    Especially when Bruce is kept in the dark about it.

    Simon glared at his watch as he unlocked the door to his and John's apartment.

    4:27a.m.

    It had been at least two weeks since he had last seen John in person, just before he left for a mission. It was the first one he had been on without John in what seemed like forever, and the days had often dragged on without anyone there to (barely) tolerate his awful attempts at jokes. No time to give his lover a call or text, either. This was to be expected, of course, but Simon couldn't stop himself from being disappointed.

    And so after roughly two long weeks without seeing or speaking to John, as well as all the other shit they had to endure on the mission, Simon was quite pissed off that the time Price had dismissed them at was so late that he ended up returning home at half fucking four in the morning.

    Bruce was so bored. That seemed to be the norm for a Justice League meeting.

    It wasn’t his first time visiting the team, after Clark introduced them he tagged along to some of the meetings as an almost member.

    He enjoyed listening to the happenings of each of the heroes…however…there wasn’t much going on recently and it was a whole lot of filler.

    So the whispering in his ears was even more distracting than normal.
