Summary
Shepard and Kaidan have settled into their new life running the colony of Normandy's Rest and it's attached garrison. Everything is going well until a shuttle crashes just outside the town. Suddenly, the Spectres find themselves drawn into a mission to track a drug smuggler taking advantage of the fear and weakness left behind by the Reaper's attack.
Mayor Shepard welcomes a delegation of turian colonists who have been suffering since the Reaper Invasion ended.
