Summary
The Covenant War, Citadel Galactic Museum of War
In 2169, the Citadel Council turned its attention to the galaxy’s Frontiers—and found a world on fire. Harvest, a small human colony, was gone. Its cities were ash. Its people were dead. The attackers called themselves the Covenant. Their message was simple: humanity was a sin to be purged. At first, the Council regarded the war as distant, a frontier dispute of little consequence. Yet reports of new species, shattered colonies, and desperate resistance could not be ignored. The Frontiers were not just human. They were home to Maians, Nulls and others—diverse peoples who now fought and died together.
It is said the Council acted. Turian warships deployed. Asari commandos landed. Salarian operatives struck Covenant supply lines. Even the Elcor and Volus are remembered as standing beside Earth’s defenders.
The war did not end there. But something greater began—a united stand across species, governments, and ideals. From fire and ruin, the Citadel embraced the future.
The galaxy, we are told, changed forever.

Summary
Shepard's fixation on non-human holidays had started a few weeks prior, when she barged in on Mordin on the comm, bowing out of holiday plans with some distant relative. Shepard had decided that in the interest of crew cohesion, the pro-human terrorist group crew members should all participate in a salarian celebration which mainly involved holding hands in a circle and humming.

“So, have you heard about our new XO?” Jenkins poked his head from the corridor, eyes wide with excitement. “The Torfan Bitch herself.”
Joker doesn't know yet, how the 'Alliance xenophobic poster child' would turn his world upside down and, god, he is here for the ride, even if he can only sit in the cockpit and react.

Part 2 of the Across the Stars Series:
Two years ago Commander Leila Shepard died. Now she must grapple with the shock of not only remembering her death, but suddenly being thrust into yet another urgent mission to save the galaxy.
Garrus Vakarian, having spent the years coming to terms with the loss of his best friend, now faces a renewed wave of grief as she unexpectedly reenters his life. Seeing her again throws his already crumbling life into disarray as feelings he had attempted to tamp down are brought to the surface.
Despite their individual struggles, Garrus and Shepard are forced to rely on each other to survive. And if they’re going up against insurmountable odds, they might as well face them side by side.
———
Story extends through the events of Mass Effect 2 and six months beyond. Heavily focused on all the little moments in between missions. Mostly canon compliant (until it’s not), but with extra feelings. This story will NOT always follow the canon order of events.

Summary
The excitement after defeating the reapers had come and gone, as fast as a humming bird. Shepard would tell Garrus that a humming bird was her favorite earth animal, though he had nothing to compare it to. Metallic, Grey Palaven, where even the animals were covered in plates and spikes.
Shepard was in a far worse state, half her body burned, mostly her arms, with tiny little cuts and pieces of metal inside. The scouts that Garrus had been ordered to take and find Shepard the second he had medigel smeared on his own injuries. [He actually begged to go out and find her. A turian begging to find a human. Spirits. He was over the moons for her.]
Or
The starchild is full of shit and the creators CONFIRMED garrus would dig FemShep out.

Summary
Set 3 years after the events of Mass Effect 3, follows Commander Shepard (now retired) and Ashley Williams as they settle down and try to start a family. I was really going for a romantic drama here about 2 people whose lives have been put on hold so much by war and conflict finally getting the chance to be together and have a shot at a future.

Summary
“I just wish we had a tighter plan. Like time travel, or teaching the Reapers to love.” - Jeff “Joker” Moreau
The catalyst was lying. Because of course it was. It was the god-damned neural center of the Reaper hive mind. It basically invented indoctrination.
The worrying part was that Shepard hadn't realized that fact until halfway down the nice, death-march walkway.
***
A universe where the Crucible isn't just an unrefined weapon. It's a scientifically-improbable time travel device. Now, Shepard has to redo/undo four years of history to win the Reaper War. Preferably before it even begins.
