Summary
In 2016, I scoured the whole series (Infernal Devices, Mortal Instruments, Magnus Bane Chronicles, Shadowhunter Academy Series etc) to find every hint about Magnus's and Alec's relationship. I have pieced it together in order, following the plot from the books and written all the missing parts. Before the new books came out, there were so many places in the books where Alec and Magnus are forgotten so I wanted to write them as the focus. It is as canon as I could get it (based on what was published in 2016) so be warned lots of SPOILERS.
All the chapters that have the book title in them eg. (CoB) (CoA), (CoG), (CoFA), (CoLS), (CoHF) all take place during those books and have direct dialogue in them written by Cassandra Clare mixed with dialogue I wrote. Some other chapters still have direct dialogue from the series just not the main books. I will explain where that dialogue came from in each chapter summary as it applies.
