Satoru fished out the throat lozenge he always had with him and hurled it with all his strength and aim that he could muster. It landed a hit on Suguru's forehead.

"What the—" Suguru stopped short as he noticed what it was, eyes widening in surprise, " Why do have this?"
He himself has no fucking idea why he still carries those around four years later, "Teleportation. Motion sickness." Liar.

He sees himself standing in front of him, with stitches on his forehead. When did he get those stitches?
Stitches looked at him, and smiled. It felt wrong, even for someone like him.
"You know I am trying this for the first time. It is so fascinating. Didn't even know my technique could do time travel. You understand I can't let all my efforts go to waste, can I?"
"Though maybe I should kill you first. I don't know exactly how this works, don't want to take any chances."
Finally, he is going to die.
"Your ambitions were pointless anyway, Geto Suguru. "
.......
He suddenly saw Satoru again. Was he real? He was imagining it again, wasn't he?
“Suguru?”
He felt the darkness embrace him again.
"SUGURU!"
He was so damn tired of all this. -
