Summary
Dabi loves his Omega, so damn much. He understands why other Alphas would be interested in Izuku, he honestly does, but that doesn't mean he has to like it. After a meeting with Hawks where he spends too much time eyeing Izuku, Dabi reminds himself (and Izuku) who Izuku's Alpha really is.
Dabi was a nice guy. Really, he was, if you ignored the burning alive ‘thing’ he tended to do to people when the voice of Enji in his head got too loud, but if Hawks didn’t back the fuck off Dabi’s Omega yesterday, the League would be getting barbequed bird handed to them like Dabi was a deranged cat dragging prey gifts home to his owner.
“But why?” his Mate asked, laughing.
“Because he looked way too much, and for far too long, and I’m an asshole.”
“You are not,” Izuku denied. Dabi arched an eyebrow.
“I’m an asshole to everyone but you,” he amended, which brought a small smile to Izuku’s face.
